Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor
Alba’s Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor (CDLR) comes standard with 1.9", 2-1/2", 2-9/16", 3-1/2" diameter rollers or larger if needed. Standard lengths come in nominal 5 and 10-foot sections with standard effective widths ranging from 12" to 60". Typical conveyor speeds are 30, 45 or 60 FPM.
Gravity Roller Conveyor
Save electricity and harness the power of gravity by using Alba’s gravity conveyor which is available in 5' and 10' straight sections with 1.9", 2-1/2", 2-9/16" and 3-1/2" diameter rollers.
Turntables
Unlike other conveyor manufacturers, Alba provides pre-engineered turntables. Our standard turntable diameters range in various increments from 72" to 82".
Chain Transfers
Alba provides three types of standard chain transfers – In-Frame type, Through-Frame type and Frame-to-Frame type. All standard chain transfers have a load capacity of up to 4,000 lbs.
Zero Pressure Accumulation
Utilizing motorized zero pressure accumulation (MZPA) conveyor in manufacturing or distribution operations assists in transporting and accumulating pallets so they systematically feed into various processes such as sorting, wrapping, palletizing and strapping.
Transfer Cars
Transfer cars are used in conjunction with our conveying equipment. A typical application utilizes a conveyor deck that is attached to a traveling base.
